Using a small business mentor to grow a business

One of the best ways to move ahead in business is to pursue a path of regular education. Learning new skills provides the necessary foundation to help you grow a small business. A friend of mine recently employed the services of a small business mentor to help him grow to the next level. According to him, a mentor plays an objective role in investigating what you are currently doing with the aim of making recommendations for improvement. Many people get caught up in the day to day running of the business and they lack the time to take a step back to work on business processes. The business mentor can be the business owner’s best friend in this regard because they can provide the necessary advice to move the business to the next level.
