Training and Support Key to Medical Billing Software

When I was doing research to update the software at my clinic this year, one of my focus areas was training and support. Many of the Medical billing software programs on the market claim to be the best, and most of them are very good. For that reason, I wanted a solid training and support system to be in place to help my office staff learn the new program. I also wanted to have a reliable support system in place when we ran into problems or had questions. In my mind, any software package worth the money needs to set themselves apart in this area.
