With some CEO’s making five or ten million dollars a year and not showing any results for it, it is refreshing to see Fuad El-Hibri accepting a reasonable salary and working hard to be worth it, Sure, it is still one million a year, but compared to some that is peanuts. Maybe other companies will take note and begin reducing pay and expecting more from their leaders. Many of these people work very hard to get into their positions, and that should be rewarded, but we need to keep things reasonable. I think that this is a step in the right direction.
