The Leadership Skills of El-Hibri

I was reading about the education and career of the chairman and chief executive officer for Emergent BioSolutions.  This company is licensed to manufacture the only FDE approved vaccine against anthrax disease.  It seem that El-Hibri is responsible for the growth and technological development of the company.  He has an extensive history and educational background.  His past experience is definitely helping him accomplish great things for the company he leads.  He won the award for Entrepreneur of the Year for 2009 from Ernest and Young.  This is an award that all entrepreneurs would love to receive.  He really has a lot to be proud of.
