Customer service is crucial when trying to successfully earn money by selling on eBay. Many sellers are not conscious of how critical this part of their business truly is, nor do they understand the importance of email. If you intend to take this form of business seriously, then you must be prepared to answer emails in a timely fashion. Often, people merely put mail aside, figuring they will get to it eventually (if at all). This is not the proper philosophy to work with. How would you feel were the situation reversed, and you sent a question to a company only to have them ignore it or respond weeks alter? Surely, you would take your business elsewhere.
