Sandra’s Fax Dilemma

Sandra has her own home business. She uses her fax machine regularly to send important documents to her clients. After returning home from her vacation, she noticed that she had not received any faxes. Her answering machine had many messages stating troubles that her clients had when faxing their documents. Sandra began to investigate the problem and soon found that her fax machine would not allow her to send faxes. Her husband suggested that she check the internet for a fax provider which would enable her to have an email fax number. He explained that she would be able to send and receive documents by email faster than with her fax machine.
