Passion Of A Legal Headhunter

Many have asked me what my job is all about.  To keep conversations short, I tell them that I work as a butcher by day and macho dancer by night.  Seriously though, I work as a legal headhunter in one ace firm.  And yes, I can really say that my job is like a butcher.  I take so much fun and enjoyment scrutinizing hundreds of names in the legal field.  I try to sort out the great and excellent lawyers from the lousy and mediocre.  How I do that?  First, I look at the basic background of lawyers.  I study their resume very well.  I really put so much passion and soul into what I do as a legal butcher.
