Our Garage Became A Party Kitchen With Commercial Restaurant Equipment

As our family increased, my sister’s and mine, we began spending more time together as a form of entertainment and recreation.  And our cousins, soon began to join us, until we would have a large crowd for Sunday dinners and holiday celebrations and birthday parties.  One day I suggested to my husband that we redo the garage into a large kitchen, allowing all of us to cook there together instead of at separate homes.  We purchased commercial restaurant equipment, a walk in freezer and refrigerator, a commercial restaurant range with steakhouse broiler, and convection oven, ice machine and dishwasher.  Ours is definitely the “go to” home for parties, and I am delighted
