The biggest thing to incorporate into your day is a good 7-8 hours of sleep. This is easier said than done, but many my internet business owners are so busy that they sometimes only get a few hours of sleep a night. This can wreck havoc on your body, and in the long run, you will be far worse off. Plan to go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning. Your body will thank you for it. Also, after having a good night’s sleep, start working early in the morning before your getting distractions or being overrun by day to day events.
