Many People Working In Property Management Software

Our company has over 900 rentals in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. With such a large inventory and only a 4 person staff we are dependent on our Property Management Software. Before we introduced the software we had to rely on the hard copies of the folders that we made for each property. You can just imagine how we would scramble around the office if someone forgot to put away a folder. Now, we can all be in the virtual folder on the computer at the same time and add any notes or audit the folder at any time.
