Workplace stress is often contributed by these factors – 1) Company placing undue pressure to meet deadlines, 2) Employee places extra pressure on themselves to be competitive. In either case, the employees harm themselves unduly by stressing themselves. Managing Workplace Stress is all about how these factors’ are suppressed. The best benefit in doing so – By suppressing the factors, you ensure that no consequences of the factors arise, thus resulting in you building an organization that remains free of stress for employees.
