Love Living In Florida and Buying a Home

My family moved to Florida three years ago. We decided to rent for the first few years to be sure we loved the area before we bought a home. We have enjoyed every minute of living here so we are taking the plunge. We have decided to buy in the continuum condos community. We love the property and the amenities they have. Also the location is great because the condo property is less than five minutes from where we live now. We are so excited about finalizing the paperwork to purchase this home and we can not wait until we can start moving in.
