Locating a Great Job

The job market is tight and I am a bit concerned for my brother who may be about to enter it. I’ve a decent job working for a little local business. I’m in charge of their marketing methods and commercials. However, I found this employment five years ago when the economy was in a lot better form. My brother will have a degree in engineering when he graduates in one year and I’ve heard that engineering jobs are still out there for those that are extremely qualified. I believe he has enough experience to be at the top of the list of possible hires. He definitely works tough and makes superb grades. I just hope he finds a job that he loves and does not need to settle for anything else out of desperation. He is working very tough to find his place within the world and deserves something to work in his favor.
