Locating a Consolidate Debt Low APR Loan

My son has been working part time jobs while he attends college.  Unfortunately my wife and I aren’t in the position financially to be able to support him and pay the tuition.  We help as much as we can but working has become a necessity for my son.  Thankfully he has been able to keep his grades up and he understands that school must be his top priority.  He could live at home but he insists on keeping his apartment.  He came to me last night with a bit of a problem; he has several credit cards that he has maxed out and is having trouble paying.  I told him we need to look for a consolidate debt low APR loan so he can get these paid off before he graduates.
