If you are an independent loan officer, you will understand the need for good quality mortgage leads. Not only will they convert well, but by building up a good portfolio of leads, you have the opportunity to achieve your set targets and earn higher commissions. If you are are thinking of buying mortgage leads, there are many low cost sources available online. All you have to do is do a search on the major search engines, like google and yahoo. You will need to do some research on this though as not all sources will provide leads of the same quality. Some companies will let you sample the leads so that you get an idea what the quality is like. In any case, try and buy from a few different sources so that you get an idea of what is available out there.
