An experienced bankruptcy lawyer electronically files all documents to United States Bankruptcy court clerk to stop all action from creditors and keep all of your personal property like house and car. Creditors has right to request relief from the automatic stay to continue the lawsuit. Either party may eligible to remove the lawsuit in bankruptcy court.
