Keeping up to date as a professional resume writer

One of the problems of my profession is that it’s easy to be isolated and lose touch of what is going on in the world. After all, as a professional resume writer, I mostly work alone and its easy to fall behind.
That’s why it’s s important to talk to your clients even if you actually collect most of the information using worksheets. You can write a great resume without ever talking to the client despite the fact that many people doubt this) but you can’t stay in touch with the latest trends or technologies or understand what issues are being faced
I urge all professional resume writers to talk to evere client just to learn what the latest is.
