We all know how important that is however; just performing the motions isn’t good enough. You have to know why you invest in a stock without any hesitation. This information will impact beginner investors more than experience investors although a lot of investors make this mistake. Most believe that the information they obtain and use in justifying stock purchases is reliable and good enough to make their decisions. However, that isn’t good enough. You need to understand what you are doing, to make sure that any investment made is going to turn out in your favor.
