How to calculate actual purchasing cost – Flipping Real Estate

November 2nd, 2009

The asking value of a property is not the sole factor you should consider while Flipping Real Estate Contracts. There are many other expenses involved in this process. Unless you assess the additional charges accurately, you cannot make satisfactory profit from flipping. Here is a list of factors that may increase the actual cost of the property.1) Repairing: You need to inspect the property thoroughly and prepare a detailed list of what should be done. Painting, roof fixing, bathroom and kitchen repairing, ceiling repairing – all should be considered.2) If the property is occupied by tenants, you need to pay some additional charges to evict the tenants.
