Getting the Investors for my New Property Investment

I know that there are quite a few things out there that I could invest in, but It would be hard to do quite a few of them. I have been giving it a lot of thought, and I really think that now is the time to buy land or property. Maybe if I could get the right California Commercial Lenders on my side, I would really be able to buy some commercial property, and have it for when the market goes back up in a few years. I know that would be a good time to buy, si I am going to try it.
