There comes a time in every business where you need to take a step back and reevaluate what you are doing, where you are going, and how in the world you are going to get from the former to the latter.  Sometimes, it can be easy to lose track of where you are going with your business, which can cause people to lose focus, especially the leadership team.  That is why, when it came time for us to reevaluate our own business, I set up a couple of executive coaching classes, run by a professional speaker, to help the entire leadership team, including myself, figure all of those things out again, and develop the right strategies to help us achieve where we want to go.
