Fuel costs are skyrocketing

May 10th, 2008

Are you planning a big move — especially one across state lines? My advice to you is not to delay — and a principal reason for that is that moving companies in Colorado must pay fuel costs — and those costs will naturally be passed along to you as a customer. So as fuel costs continue to escalate, this inevitably ratchets Up the price that your moving company must charge you to move your personal and household belongings. And the greater the distance they must travel, the more fuel they will consume, which must be factored in to any quote that you receive. By moving now rather than later, you may be able to lock in a cheaper rate, even if gas prices should climb in the meantime.
