Domain Names and Trademarks
August 15th, 2008
The internet is a great place for businesses and individuals to reach a wider market. Whether their intent is to inform, sell products, or for entertainment, websites are created everyday. There is a case for an entity when someone under the domain name is using the website to compete against trademark holders, especially when the trademark was established before the website creation.
