Ever since the real estate market started to plummet, our accounting department has struggled to justify their costs. We were losing money, but we still had a tremendous amount of labor costs, and we decided to try the offshore outsourcing business process in an attempt to keep our company afloat. When we got back the preliminary reports detailing how much money we were saving, we were amazed! The work is still getting done in a timely fashion, and it is even exceeding our expectations. This has helped our company immensely, and we know that we are saving a respectable amount of money by doing things this way.
