If the project is too assertive, budgets aren’t reasonable or the general plan isn’t correctly complied the bank won’t give the project the consideration it may merit. Working with a home-loan broker may give the PM some understanding as to what project phases should come before others to inspire banks to speculate in the project. Not all banks will wish to Development Finance each phase of a large project and for these kinds of project, different banks might be used for each part of the project. The PM in my example was also a “bully” and was conceited enough to question other licensed execs concerned in picking up the obligatory information needed by the lender.
