I just started a new bankruptcy blog that will document my success of attempting to remove a chapter 7 bankruptcy from my husband’s credit report. It is scheduled to stay on there until January 2011 and we hope to get it removed well before that! We have hired a reputable credit repair company to help us out and so far they have deleted a late payment and a bunch of inquiries. We are still awaiting the removal of the actual bankruptcy. It has been over a year and we are still waiting for it to be removed. I’m not sure if it will be done, but we shall see…
