Arbitration was a good experience

My son in law had to go to arbitration to finally find out what would happen with his insurance settlement. He was a little nervous about it to begin with. I think the nervousness was due to all the time this had been going back and forth. He attended the arbitration new york and called me afterwards. He said that he was pleasantly surprised at the arbitration experience. He said it was a good experience and he was glad to be at the end. It was very nice to know that it was all over for him. If I ever have to go to arbitration I know I will be less stressed because of his experience.
