Motorhome Stereotypes

People who live full time in motorhomes and recreational vehicles are stereotyped as being poor and unable to afford a house. However, this stereotype is not true. For most people who live in motorhomes and recreational vehicles, this is a lifestyle choice and not a financial decision. Studies have also shown that many people are opting to sell their homes and buy a recreational vehicle which can cost as much as their home did. Some people even bounce back and forth from owning a home and owning a recreational vehicle. The stereotype that people who live in motorhomes has no truth to it.
