Bumper Insurance

March 5th, 2009

I have heard that if you look into extended warranty for cars you are essentially getting bumper to bumper coverage. This is a great concept but I am a little unsure of what this really means? Does that mean everything physical is taken care of in accident, because I have car insurance for that. Or does it mean that everything mechanical from bumper to bumper is taken care of. If something happens with the console inside the car is that taken care of as well or does it just mean the engine and everything else under the carriage of the car?
