Helping a Friend Grow Musically

Jimmy has been the lead singer for the band for about a year. He really wants to branch out more musically so that he can grow as an artist. I told him that he should try an electric guitar lesson and see how he likes it. I have been playing for years and I could show him the ropes. It doesn’t take that long to learn and I know that he would be great. I think that once he picks up the knack for it he will never stop, he might even just out grow the band he is with now and find some better paying jobs.
