Canvas has been restricted to more for the oil paintings. But this is true that real quality of picture comes with the texture look of photos on canvas. This is very important for people as it is really very expensive to get the good quality oil painting in the market. Digital world has really made new wonders in the art of photography you must tell your Photoshop expert to guide you whether to get a particular photo on canvas or not.
