I guess that when I cook my famous gourmet meals and I’m asked about the most important tool in my kitchen, most are surprised by my answer.
I guess I have a love for fine wood crafted cutting boards and wouldn’t be in the kitchen without one.
Unlike factory made cutting boards, these fine Myrtlewood cutting boards are a joy to use and a beautiful kitchen display.
I usually hate having anything left on my kitchen counters, but these cutting boards are the exception.
With the most beautiful wood in the world on constant display in my kitchen, I realize I have made a wise choice in the purchase.

I’ve increased my calories as per the info on this website (although I still can’t eat nearly two cups of rice in a sitting so I’m not at 3900 kcal/day yet), I started a creatine cycle a few weeks ago for the first time ever, and have started taking Optimum Whey Protein shakes again (I stopped a while back b/c they weren’t doing anything and costing me a ton – I was also not eating enough though so that likely made the difference). Anyhow, I’m happy with the strength gains, but look really washed out and have lost the ‘six pack’. I’m finding this very distressing so I wanted to know how much body fat I should be expecting to gain and then how much muscle am I going to lose trying to take it all off again? Is this whole process going to be huge weight swings and little to show for it at the end (keeping in mind that right now I’m ~205 lbs and somewhere over 15% bf according to my cheapo scale and I’m not eating 3900 kcal/day yet even)?

DVD market is divided by two competing technologies the DVD+R and the DVD-R. If you are just a casual user you might not have noticed the difference. Some of the DVDs you use would have been created with DVD+R though DVD-R is the most used standard. Either way it is important that your disk burner is capable of playing all these different types of DVDs. Further the advent of double layer and dual layer DVDs should also be taken into consideration. If you are thinking about buying a DVD Disc Burner make sure it is a hybrid drive which can play all of these formats.
