I drove up to visit my sister and her husband a few weeks ago, and her husband told me that he had something that he wanted to show me. I asked him what it was, and he said that he had just put this wall mounted pull up bar in the garage, and he has started to work out with it. I thought that it was pretty cool, and I asked my sister how she liked it. She told me that she would not ever complain about her husband wanting to get in to better shape. I thought that I may get one as well.

I have noticed recently that there has been quite an increase in the number of taupo property for sale. I guess with all the economic issues that there have been recently, a lot of people must have decided that there holiday homes are not as important as the mortgage they have on their primary homes. This is a great thing for people wanting to buy in to the market down here but I guess it is unfortunate for those who are having to part with their lake house getaways. It’s the nature of the beast though I guess. Sometimes these things just don’t work out in the ideal way.

Wine is such an acceptable gift to most people, it really makes things easy to have plenty on hand. I am going to be sending a wine club membership to my sister since I know she and her friends are always having dinner parties. Whenever my sister and I go out, we always buy additional home decors and furniture. We live in the same neighborhood with our families.
