I’ll never forget my husband’s retirement party. He had been with his firm for over 25 years. We have formed very close relationships with his partners and their families. So I knew his party would be wonderful and very emotional. True to form, as we walked into the most beautifully decorated ballroom we were showered with lovely Confetti. It was several different colors just floating down around us. I think that’s when the tears started to flow. The night just got better and better filled with laughter and friends that have become more like family to us. Now to enjoy retirement! Bring on the confetti!
