Ever noticed the amount of messages we see about Climate Change? How there are constant prompts through TV, Radio and Newspapers trying to make us all more aware and think about our future, our children’s future or even our grand children’s future. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) have been creating green buildings and development practices to help build towards that same goal, our future and our next generation. They have created a system to help reduce climate change by reviewing existing buildings and re-enforcing them to be more efficient by reducing green gas admissions as well as saving energy. With this system in tact it will help build for our children’s future.

Well, I’ll focus on the last one since I just bought one. I am Buff. And I wear a Buff. Therefore, using scientific calculations, yes, one has to be Buff to wear a Buff. But, this is only true on Sundays. The rest of the week, people who are not Buff can wear Buff, or a baseball cap or a bag over their heads I don’t know.

With some CEO’s making five or ten million dollars a year and not showing any results for it, it is refreshing to see Fuad El-Hibri accepting a reasonable salary and working hard to be worth it, Sure, it is still one million a year, but compared to some that is peanuts. Maybe other companies will take note and begin reducing pay and expecting more from their leaders. Many of these people work very hard to get into their positions, and that should be rewarded, but we need to keep things reasonable. I think that this is a step in the right direction.
