I like to think of myself as a caviar aficionado, I enjoy sampling new and different varieties and I’m always on the lookout for some to add to my home collection. When I heard about beluga caviar, I was immediately interested and wanted to know more. This kind of caviar comes from the Beluga sturgeon which makes its home in the Caspian Sea. The caviar from the Beluga is one of the largest among all varieties and can range in color from dark gray to the rare pear white. Since this fish is currently considered endangered, the price of this caviar is the most expensive on the market with the cheapest being 7-thousand-dollars.

Around six months ago my oldest son Troy broke up with his girlfriend that he had been going out with her for about two years. This really upset my son as he didn’t see this coming. He actually thought that they would one day get married. The whole situation sent him into kind of a deep depression. I was reading the newspaper the other day when I saw that my karate teacher’s name was on one of the headlines. I didn’t know this but he had gone to Japan and actually competed once again. This made me feel pretty good because I didn’t think he was going to try and compete anymore as I thought he was getting to old for it. I read the article regarding him. It went on to talk about the house he just bought and the Kitchen Remodel that he has been involved in. I was amazed at all the facts I didn’t know about him.
