Right now is not the best time to start a business, small or large. But I have always been a very optimistic person and when the chance was presented to buy my own restaurant, I could not pass it up. Cooking is one of my favorite past times and according to my family and friends I am quite good at it. They have encouraged me to go into the restaurant business for quite a while. When a local restaurant owner decided to retire, he put his business up for sale. This included the building, furnishings, equipment, and supplies. I knew I had to take the chance and try to buy the restaurant. The bank turned me down, even with a small down payment to put on the loan. Seeing how disappointed I was, the loan officer advised me to apply for small business grants. So that’s where things stand right now, filling out applications for grants and crossing my fingers that I will be awarded one.

A few jobs I applied for they say “Must speak Spanish.” I know some Spanish but not enough to apply for a job that says must speak Spanish, I’m not that fluent just yet. I wish I started to learn Spanish at a younger age then what I am now. I’m only 25 but I feel my best language learning days are over. Spanish is the most common language to besides English I think. I know if I do learn Spanish on a fluent level I will have more job opportunities. In these times the more job opportunities the better, times are touch.

I was sleeping the other morning when all the sudden all my air was cut off by the large hairy body of my cat. His surefire way of getting me up is to either sit on my chest or to lay across my face. There is nothing like a large amount of cat hairgoing up your nostrils that early in the morning. I am going to invest in a furminator deshedding tool which I hope will take a good amount of his extra hair away. I could make myself another cat with all the extra cat hair in my house.

So I have decided to compare prices and premiums for my insurance policy this month. I have been with the same company for 7 years now and I think I may be paying too much. but because I like my car and insurance that goes with it so I am hoping that I will not have to find a new company. I like to have more than the minimum requirements in case of any accident. You can never have too much insurance when it comes to your car.Being well insured is a good thing for you and the people around you.

Most people jump in bed with just about anyone that can get them aroused. They could care less about STDs, they just want to reach climax no strings attached. Barely able to open the pack of condom they have(if any), they tremble with excitement, they just want to get the show on the road. These same people, however, think twice about any sexual intimacy with someone with signs of cold soars. Have you tried getting younger girls?
Getting a young woman to like you, involves keeping her interested in you. This won’t be very easy if you she already knows everything about you. Therefore, choose to remain a little evasive when answering many of her questions, or act interested in the date and then state that you are not even interested in a relationship at the moment. Young women are used to men falling all over them, so don’t play into this trap. Keep them guessing and you will find these ladies anticipating your next move with baited breath.

Have you ever heard of this concept that is called the Law of attraction? Have you done any research or read any books about attracting the things you want in your life?
