I was a victim of cardiac arrest recently and got immediately cpr and first aid help from an expert. When I was coming back from office on the way I had a cardic arrest and I was unconscious. The crowd gather on the road and fortunately a first aid expert was there who perform cpr on me in that critical time which saved my life. Doing anything wrong with my body at that time was cause of my death. I appreciated his emergency help during such a time. He advised me to take rest for some days to get back regular life.

The iPhone leads the way in the smart phone market, the Ninteod DSi leads the way in the hand held video game market. So can anyone take some of that market share? Samsung will certainly try says r4i. Looks like Samsung has a bit of a hit on its hands. Samsung has announced that it has sold 2M Samsung Jet handsets with pre-orders alone. For Samsung, this represents the largest handset order ever. The Jet runs Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro, with some serious capabilities like a 800Mhz processor and a WVGA AMOLED display. Those two features are superior to the iPhone 3GS. It even has decent looks. The Samsung Jet also sports a web browser based on Webkit

When it comes to artsy apparels and shirts, I only go to one place and that is Cafepress. I like their styles so much because the designs are played out well in such a way that you want to get more from them. The even greater thing is that, while the designs are well-crafted, it doesn’t take itself too seriously. I believe that we can even enjoy some of the Cafepress coupons even if we are not a member of their consumer group. Whenever I buy shirt and other personal apparels, I really take to heart to choose well. I don’t want second-best for my apparels and shirts. And yes, they also sell CDs and tote bags.

Here I’m going to give you the most useless ab exercises that you need to avoid if you are wanting to get abs.
1. Situps – These are designed to hurt your back. They will work a very limited section of your abdomen and you will not get great results.
2. Crunches – A slight variation on situps. These are better on your back but still only work a limited section of your abdomen.
If you want a fast, full-abs workout that will help you lose stomach fat AND get abs, please do some research BEFORE you hit the gym.
