I am just so heartbroken right now because my dad just died. I knew that it would happen sometime soon, but it just never seems to be the time that you want to let them go. I have been working on his arrangements for the body, and I know that he does not want to be buried. So, I have been looking into Cremation Dallas TX for the arrangement. We have been visiting my mom for the past week in the assisted living center where she lives. She always invites us for lunch and we try to make her happy by joining her and some of her friends each day. It did not take us long to learn that life in an assisted living center rotates around the bowel habits of the occupants. At least that seems to be the major source of conversation. My mother in law is such a wonderful cook. She makes so many wonderful dishes, but my favorite dish she makes is her mashed potatoes recipe. I have eaten many different types of mashed potatoes but hers are absolutely out of this world. They are so creamy and have just enough butter for flavor. She uses such unique spices that complement each other. Each bit is like heaven and they melt in your mouth. I love spending the holidays with my in laws because I know that the mashed potatoes will always be served. It a family favorite and will be every holiday.
