A patient came in the other day and was talking about half a dozen different ways to lower his cholesterol and to lose weight around his belly. He had a massive plan that involved running miles every day and eating nothing but nuts and seeds for the next month and a half. Instead of this very dramatic approach, I told him he should just learn how to cleanse your colon and see if that would have the desired effect that all of these other radical lifestyle changes would have. Lo and behold, once he started to institute my recommendations he didn’t need anything else.

I have been waiting for this day for 30 days! Ever since my beautiful little woman had to leave me for one month due to work. I have tried everything to make the time pass quickly. Sometimes the little activities made the loneliness subside but it always came back. Then last night I started creating an Ares Descargar Musica (Ares Download Music) List for her return. I have found that Spanish songs seem so very romantic! If I’m wrong, she doesn’t speak Spanish either so hopefully she won’t figure it out. Tonight I start off with Marc Anthony: Da La Vuelta. Merry Christmas to all!

Laptop computers were never known for being cool and trendy until Apple entered the scene. If you look at any self-respecting hipster, they cannot be seen in the trendiest neighborhood coffee shop without a brand new Mac Book or Mac Book Air on their table. Generally artfully positioned so the glowing Apple logo can be seen by everyone in the immediate vicinity. While I admit to being a Mac fan boy for their laptop computers, I do not go to the depths these hipsters do to appear cool.I enjoy Leopard because I think it is a wonderful operating system. I like to watch movies and the screens on the Mac Book are very high quality. I like traveling light, and Apple computers are known for cutting down on their weight without sacrificing quality. What you will never see me doing is blatantly displaying my Apple fandom at coffee shops.
