The market is littered with “cures for acne”. However, if you ask any dermatologist or medical researcher, they will tell you a cure does not exist. While Accutane does provide long term remission for some patients and an argument could be made that it approaches an “acne cure” in these cases, you will not find a cure on the Internet or in the back of a magazine.
Since there is no cure for acne, your time is better spent looking at preventing and treating acne. In my experience, benzoyl peroxide is the best over-the-counter medication for preventing acne. But with benzoyl peroxide, as with any other acne medication aside from Accutane, you must be deliberate and steady and follow an acne treatment regimen until you grow out of acne naturally. Prevention is the key.

Learning to play a musical instrument requires dedication to practicing and learning from expert practitioners through whatever means are available. the available means have always included personal or group instruction, as well as print and recorded media. Many have tried learning to play an instrument by using a book and an audio tape, hoping to learn from reading and hearing an expert play. Alternatives to personal instruction have come a long way with the benefits of Music Instructional DVDs. The visual aspect of the instruction is of great importance, since the viewer can SEE how a technique is performed on the instrument, and can hear the effect of using that technique. DVD music instruction is a great step forward from audio tapes or CDs.

My daughter has informed me that she really wants me to buy her a princess bed. I am not quite sure exactly what she means by that, so I will have to show her some options and see what she wants. I don’t know if she wants one with the Disney Princesses on it, or whether she just wants one that has a canopy over it, or something totally different. It is hard to tell with a three year old. She is using an old hand me down now that has rails on it, but we are going to give this one to her younger sister.
