It is interesting how the wood of an old barn seems to become more beautiful with age. Not so with us humans. We just seem to change more in an unflattering way with our wrinkles and ever lengthening ear lobes. I love to photograph old barns. I prefer the ones that are unpainted and have aged and weathered naturally over the years. I did photograph a barn up in Tennessee that was painted a bright red. When I came across it I just new I had to stop and take a shot of it. It was sitting on a hill and contrasted beautifully against the blue sky. The really old barns are getting harder to find it seems. I hope I can discover a few more to photograph.

One of the tricks you will learn in life coach courses is how to establish rapport by mirroring or matching your clients behaviour. It must be noted that you can start this technique right off the bat, you must first gain the trust of your client. The way you can go about mirroring behaviour to establish rapport is by matching voice tone and tempo, matching your breathing rate with your clients, and by matching movement, rhythms and body postures. By following these simple techniques you will be able to better respond to your clients needs.
