What you don’t know CAN hurt you

As the old saying goes, “what you don’t know, can’t hurt you”. Well, when it comes to the internet and building links to your website, that isn’t the case. Getting linked to from shady and unethical websites can hurt the way that Google and the other search engines view your website. If you have one link from a site like this, it probably won’t hurt you, but when Google finds several linking to your website it starts to get a little suspicious. Google has said that you can’t get penalized for being linked to from these websites, but history and evidence from experienced webmasters suggests otherwise. It’s best to do your homework and try to stay away from these sites altogether.

The Sansa is awesome!

The Sansa may not be spoken about much but it is still here. And you can find some great Sanda deals this holiday shopping season. Do a quick google search or do a search on the deals sites says Sansa Accessories and you will be sure to score an awesome deal. The Sansa may not be as popular as the Apple Ipod but it can hold its own when it comes to playing music, even doing a better job. It is said that the Sansa puts out better music than the Ipod or any of its competitors. Hopefully the Sansa gets the recognition it deserves one day.

How my mom is going to get her fair share.

Last year my parents divorced one another after twenty seven years of marriage.  My dad has always made a very good income and has funded his own retirement account for many years with lots of money.  When the divorce was going on he was very reluctant to give my mom any sort of the retirement assets.  My mom being a fairly savvy woman hired a QDRO attorney in addition to her divorce attorney.  The QDRO attorney’s job was to find a way to split up my dad’s retirement accounts so that she could get her fair share. After all she helped fund his retirement with some of her own money.

The best ebook for learning to feed muscle and burn fat.

I was always thin, and had a great metabolism. I ate what I wanted, and my body took care of it. Well, do I regret not eating better back then. Since my forward aging process, I have found I must eat better, and find foods that burn the fat and feed the muscle. Thankfully, there is an ebook available for download that shares that title, and reveals the facts of feeding the muscle while burning the fat. It is not a hard program to take on, and I never get hungry. I eat plenty still, just the right foods for my metabolism to go back to its original status. Now I am thin again after a hefty 50 pound weight gain just a year ago. That’s progress.
