My little girl has lived with me dieting since the day she was born. I never realized the impact my attempts at losing weight and the things I said had impacted her so much, until yesterday when she announced at dinner “I trying to lose weight, Mommy”. That brought me up short, and I realized that the trying part is all wrong. I AM losing weight and I have decided to change my behaviors to ensure that I do lose weight. I am going to start following all that advice I heard about planning menus and shopping wisely, weighing regularly (weekly, not hourly) and portioning my food.

Vehicle shipping services can be very helpful during a stressful move. I get stressed out just packing a few things for a vacation, so I can not imagine how hectic it would be to pack up and organize all of the belongings in my home. The only place I have ever moved to was into my dorm room at college. I have lived in the same house, in the same town my entire life. Sometimes I would love to just up and move to some where different because I think a change of scenery would be nice. But then again, I would really miss my little home town. It is sometimes boring and quiet, but sometimes, that’s nice to have. I do not think I could handle big crowds or the hustle and bustle of a big city.

I am a golf pro at a local golf and country club. I can’t really argue that I have one of the best jobs on the face of the earth. I wake up early and head to the golf course in my brand new golf cart. I head to the locker room and make sure everything is right in there. This is where my job actually becomes a job. I had to inspect the lockers for replacement this past week. On a normal day I would inspect and then hit the links, then give a few lessons and be on my way. I must say that I love my job.
