Why do some women seem to attract loser guys no matter what they do? Most of the time it is because they reuse to accept the warning signs in the beginning of the relationship. Sure they worry about their man’s unemployment, drinking, and general laziness, but they let it all continue until they have become too entrenched in the relationship. If you want to stop dating losers then you have to weed them out from the beginning. If your man is not living up to your expectations then tell him so. If he cares then he will make the necessary changes.

Last year my husband and I had to foreclose on our home and it was one of the hardest things we have ever done. When we moved to our rental i discovered that the foreclosure was causing problems.
