The thing about the information age is that our information is not really secure anymore. It’s all flying around through cyberspace, just waiting for a cyber criminal to snatch it. The most nerve wracking part of the interstate removals process is the packing. You are not on the truck to see what happens en-route and when your goods arrive you feel relieved to see them. But watching them be packed will make an old person out of you. You know the people doing the packing are trained professionals. You watch them take the priceless antique left to you by your aunt Mildred and carefully wrap the bubble wrap around it. You then watch the bubble wrap disappear into a strong double flute box. There’s one vital nutrient that many people are lacking, to the detriment of their health. Omega-3 fatty acids are one of the essential fatty acids, meaning that the body can’t make its own but has to rely on food for its supply. But just because you’re trying to lose weight, don’t be scared off by the word "fat." Everyone, even those on a weight loss program, should consume a certain amount of healthy fat in their diet. Without fat, neither your body nor your brain will function the way they should. You certainly want to reduce your intake of saturated fat, which is an unhealthy type of fat found primarily in meat and dairy products. But at the same time, you’ll benefit by increasing your consumption of omega-3s. Wild salmon is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. Other good sources are tuna, walnuts, green leafy vegetables, canola oil, and flaxseeds.

Last year while on holiday in Sydney Australia my husband and I took salsa dancing lessons in Sydney. Me doing salsa dances….too funny! However, we were both game and decided that it would be fun to try something new. The best part was that after dancing for only two weeks I found that I was getting into shape and felt younger then I had in a long time. When we got home from out trip we continued our lessons and since then I have lost 10 pounds and dropped 2 dress sizes. My husband looks terrific and feels really great.
