Tim is my husband and I love him. However, he is in need of, shall we say…an update. Tim’s idea of hairloss treatments is to cut his hair short and wear a hat. I mean really…a hat. I have purchased some special hairloss shampoos and conditioners that are formulated to help keep hair healthy and make it appear thicker. I also bught him some eye cream and that is still in its box. I do have some hope for him because a friend of our just told him he’s been using some products for hairloss and his hair looks really good…maybe he’ll try some too.

A few months ago the doctors diagnosed my mom with very serious health challenges. The traditional treatments she was given drove her into the most pitiful position. To complete the look of our old log cabin we have opted for a unique kitchen and of course unique kitchen appliances. The last piece we have to add to is our stove. We have decided that we want everything to run as natural as possible in the house which means there is no electricity. We are currently looking for cast iron cooking stoves to add to the authentic look of the cabin. We spend a lot of time outdoors and we love that when we go camping we will have a home in the woods that provides great shelter, wonderful cooking space and also a great source for heat.

I was looking to buy a new pair of fancy designer sunglasses. I was having a hard time deciding what kind to purchase. I searched through all kinds of magazines to see what the celebrities were buying but did not see anything that interested me. Maybe I am just very picky about the exact look. Finally while walking through Macy’s I spied the perfect pair of shiny black polar gray Burberry sunglasses. Boy were they ever expensive! I wrote down the style number and went home and searched the web. On the first search I found a place that discounts them to outlet prices. The sunglasses arrived in less than a week and I was thrilled.
