Recently, my son joined the basketball team at his junior high school. Everyone probably knows that Figures gathered in 2008 showed that the cost of hotels in London rated as fifth priciest city in the world for a one-night stay. What the heck it is London after all. What they really don’t want you to know is that Savoy, the Halkin, the Langham and the Dorchester were considered a “serious hazard to health” by environmental inspectors. These hotels still carry a five star rating. I am sure that the health hazards have all been listed and are being corrected, but I would personally consider other accommodations until it is very clear that the hazards have been corrected.
