Fuel costs are skyrocketing

Are you planning a big move — especially one across state lines? My advice to you is not to delay — and a principal reason for that is that moving companies in Colorado must pay fuel costs — and those costs will naturally be passed along to you as a customer. So as fuel costs continue to escalate, this inevitably ratchets Up the price that your moving company must charge you to move your personal and household belongings. And the greater the distance they must travel, the more fuel they will consume, which must be factored in to any quote that you receive. By moving now rather than later, you may be able to lock in a cheaper rate, even if gas prices should climb in the meantime.

Island of Guam Car Rentals

If you’re looking for a car rental on Guam then I would suggest that you go with Thrifty.

Why Thrifty you may ask?

Well their vehicles are all new compared to some of the other car rental companies which have models going back to 2005 or even 2004.  Thrifty also has great clientele service.  They’ll even drop off the vehicle to a hotel with all the documentation that you’ll need at no charge.  Thrifty has some good coverage options if you would like to drive with peace in mind.

So they do try their best to explain their policies without over complicating things while at the same time not making you feel clueless.  Let’s face it… car insurances, coverages and waivers can be a head ache.  I understand the difficulty of handling clients that have had no sleep since traveling from the US mainland with little or no sleep for 36 hours.  So when it comes to the island of Guam and Saipan, Thrifty Car Rental takes the cake.

My son joined the basketball team

Recently, my son joined the basketball team at his junior high school. I thought I would pop out to shoes.com to see if I could find some basketball shoes for him — I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could get a nifty pair at a tremendous cost savings. As I’m sure you are aware, athletic shoes can be very expensive to purchase — but with some shoes.com coupon codes that I found online, I found the price to be well within my budget. As a matter of fact, I save so much money that I may buy an extra pair for my husband — maybe he’ll take up the game and get some exercise!

Something that London does not want you to know

Everyone probably knows that Figures gathered in 2008 showed that the cost of hotels in London rated as fifth priciest city in the world for a one-night stay. What the heck it is London after all. What they really don’t want you to know is that Savoy, the Halkin, the Langham and the Dorchester were considered a “serious hazard to health” by environmental inspectors. These hotels still carry a five star rating. I am sure that the health hazards have all been listed and are being corrected, but I would personally consider other accommodations until it is very clear that the hazards have been corrected.
