White Oak’s subdivision is a brand new subdivision with several different home plans being offered. An Atlanta home builder is doing all of the houses in the area. He has been in the business for a while so I feel we can trust him.
I like having a home plan to work with because it can get pretty overwhelming trying to come up with a home plan from scratch. The home plans being used at White Oak are really well thought out. Most of them are brick and have numerous windows, which my wife loves. There are also some non-brick houses that are really nice.

What type of buildings need to hath a proper fire rating — to have their structural steel components prepared to withstand the incredibly high temperatures that are encountered when a large building catches fire? Government buildings are a good example here — they often house many hundreds or thousands of employees, as well as average citizens who may be visiting government offices.
