Chocolate Fun
One of my favorite pictures of my daughter is her sitting in the floor enjoying a cup of chocolate pudding. I’m pretty sure she’s wearing more of it on her face, arms belly and hair than she’s actually eaten. She has also enjoyed her share of chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies. In other words, she’s a chocoloholic just like her mom.
With all this rain the past 3 days, we both needed a pick-me-up and something fun to do, so we ended up making a batch of these healthy toddler brownies. She had a fun helping me count, measure and stir. We had a great time making them and of course eating them as soon as they cooled down enough. When daddy came home she proudly presented her brownie creation even though it was pretty hard for her to save a few of these gooey chocolate treats for him.
